These Terms of Service govern your use of softstead.co.uk and your purchases from Softstead, operated by NOVO STORES GROUP LIMITED. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the item received. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the item. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery to the United Kingdom takes approximately 6 to 10 working days after dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Returns and refunds

You have the right to return any item within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refunds page for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
