Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return any item within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Email us at contact@softstead.co.uk with your order number to start a return. We will respond within 1 working day with instructions.
How to return
All returns must be pre-authorised by email before you send anything back. Contact us at contact@softstead.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return and provide you with the full instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover the full return cost.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@softstead.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
