Shipping Information
Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+00:00) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 working days. Our delivery time is 5 to 8 working days, so the total time from order to delivery is 6 to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. All orders include free tracked shipping with no minimum order value.

We offer standard free delivery within the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping options and no minimum order value.
Order cutoff
Cutoff time: 22:00 (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+00:00) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends, or on a UK public holiday are processed from the next working day.
Delivery time
Our delivery time is 5 to 8 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 6 to 10 working days.
Couriers
Delivery within the United Kingdom is handled by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or DHL. Your parcel is handed to one of these carriers for the final delivery. The carrier is detected automatically from your tracking number on our Track Order page.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use our Track Order page to check your delivery status at any time.

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Please take this into account when placing your order.

No additional charges on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. All import duties and taxes are already paid by Softstead, so your parcel is delivered with nothing left to pay.
