Products and pricing

All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the item received. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the item. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Our delivery time is approximately 5 to 8 working days after dispatch, so the total time from order to delivery is 6 to 10 working days. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Returns and refunds

You have the right to return any item within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns and Refunds page for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Applicable law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we provide services to you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, consumers with habitual residence in the United Kingdom are subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of UK law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the provisions on the right of withdrawal, warranty and data protection. These rights cannot be restricted by the choice of applicable law.

For disputes with consumers residing in the United Kingdom, the place of jurisdiction is the consumer's place of residence.
