What's in the Box

This wood spotlight arrives with the ceiling base or bar, the wooden spot heads, a GU10 LED bulb for each head, and the fixing hardware needed for mounting.

Ceiling Installation

  1. Switch off the mains power at the fuse box before starting any electrical work.
  2. Hold the ceiling base or bar against your chosen position and mark the fixing holes with a pencil.
  3. Drill the marked holes, insert wall plugs if needed, and secure the base with the supplied screws.
  4. Connect the mains wiring to the terminal block. Live to live, neutral to neutral, and earth to earth. If you are unsure, use a qualified electrician.
  5. Fit the GU10 LED bulb into each spot head.
  6. Restore power at the fuse box and adjust each head to the angle you want.

Choosing a Bulb

A GU10 LED bulb is included for each head. For a cosier feel or a brighter, more task-focused light, you can swap in any standard GU10 bulb in the colour you prefer.

Placement Advice

The single-spot version suits a reading corner or a small alcove. The two and three-spot bars work well above a kitchen counter or a gallery wall, while the four and five-spot versions cover a wider living room wall or an open-plan space.

Care and Cleaning

Switch off and let the fitting cool before cleaning. Wipe the wood with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid damp cloths, abrasive cleaners and solvents, as these can damage the wood finish.

Each head comes with a GU10 LED bulb. Because GU10 is a standard fitting, you can easily swap in a warmer or cooler bulb later.
