Setup & Use

What's in the Box

The DualFlow arrives ready to use, with the remote control included alongside the unit itself.

Getting Started

  1. Place the unit on a stable, flat surface away from curtains and furniture.
  2. Plug into a standard UK 3-pin socket.
  3. Switch on at the unit or with the remote control.
  4. Select heating or cooling mode using the LED display or remote.
  5. Set the timer, up to 12 hours, so the unit switches off automatically.
  6. The anti-tip switch and dual overheat protection shut the unit off automatically if needed.

Heating and Cooling Modes

In heating mode, the 2000W element warms the room. In cooling mode the same unit runs as a fan, circulating air without a separate appliance.

One Device for Both Seasons: The DualFlow Heater and Fan Combo

You know the feeling: the room is cold in winter, so out comes the heater, then it sits in a cupboard from spring to autumn. A heater and fan combo like the DualFlow solves that by doing both jobs in one compact unit.

It suits a desk, a bedside table or a living room corner, wherever a portable electric heater is useful in winter and a cooling fan is welcome in summer.

The 2000W heating element warms a room quickly, and the same unit switches to fan mode when the weather turns warm, so it earns its place on the shelf all year round.

What makes this heater and fan combo special

Built for Everyday Control: The DualFlow 2-in-1 Fan Heater

Built for Everyday Control: The DualFlow 2-in-1 Fan Heater

The DualFlow is controlled using the LED digital display on the base or the included remote control, so you can change settings without getting up.

Its compact footprint of 21 × 17 × 30 cm and weight of 1.3 kg mean it fits easily on a desk, side table or floor without taking up much room.

An anti-tip switch and dual overheat protection shut the unit down automatically if it tips over or runs too hot, and the unit is CE and RoHS certified. A 12-hour timer lets it run for exactly as long as needed.
